In 2004 Bucks and Berks achieved ISO9001:2000, the internationally recognised quality standard and all five branch offices have received full ISO accreditation.  In March 2009 we achieved the new standard, ISO 9001:2008, and were one of the first employment agencies in the Thames Valley to do this.

BSI, the largest management systems registrar in the world acted as our assessors. As a professionally minded company, our goal of maintaining full ISO recognition further emphasizes our commitment to meet the highest quality standards and this is reflected in our mission statement always to provide a service of quality and excellence.
