As a result of our long standing reputation in the area many of our candidates come from referrals. However, we don’t rely on our reputation alone, we are always looking for the best ways to hunt down the skills our clients need as well as attracting talent in the local area. We use a variety of job boards as well as maximising the opportunities on social media to find the right candidates.



We invest in marketing our service to candidates through digital channels, using PPC, online advertising, SEO and Blogs. Our consultants are focused on growing their networks across our specialised sectors in the Thames Valley, so that they have a pool of skilled candidates to hand. To support our already strong brand awareness we continue to invest in outdoor advertising at key commuter locations and maintain a good relationship with local press.



We, of course, promote all of our new roles through our website. Candidates regularly visit the site to see the latest opportunities, read our blogs, get advice on job hunting and CVs’, and find tips on working in the local area. Our candidates build a profile on the site so that they get instant updates on the latest and most relevant jobs, ensuring they are first to hear when a suitable role appears.
