Is there any other part of our service that you rate highly or would like to see improved?

Excellent customer services skills - coming from the position of facing redundancy which can be a very isolating experience.  Bucks and Berks were exceptionally professional and made me feel hopeful in finding another job. Your staff at the Maidenhead branch were very proactive

I have always found communication with the Marlow branch of Bucks and Berks to be excellent, with very good response times to messages and emails. In particular on the temporaries side their consideration when it comes to the requirements of both the employer and the candidates is worth noting. I have had experience of other agencies where you get the distinct impression that they believe any two candidates and any two office roles are interchangeable, but with Bucks and Berks my experience is that they listen to both candidates and employers when placing people, something which I consider very important. I would and have recommended the Marlow branch of Bucks and Berks to both people seeking employment and employees.

I highly rate that I was kept well informed and they seemed keen to find the right position for me.

Having dealt with other agencies in the past, I rate Bucks & Berks very highly. Good preparation for Interview, all info provided. Quick response on e-mails, which is very important when you actually can't have this type of conversation on the phone at work.
