As Account Manager you will be part of a team of telemarketing professionals making outbound business-generating calls for your portfolio of IT clients. You will be speaking to prospective customers about their IT projects and inviting them to events, generating leads and making appointments. The role is telephone based, but you will also have exposure to e-shots and other elements of the marketing mix. The role is non-scripted and gives you the opportunity to develop accounts. You will be involved in all campaign set-up and briefing. You will have a direct relationship with your client and be responsible for the success of their telemarketing campaign.
