Due to business growth, our client, based in Wokingham, is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team.  The role will encompass all aspects of credit control, including:

• Contacting customers via email and telephone regarding overdue payments.
• Resolving any issues or queries in order to ensure payments are received promptly.
• Reconciliations (monthly and weekly).
• Sending out copy invoices and logging all customer contact on an Excel spreadsheet.
• Liaising with other departments to keep up-to-date on customer activity.

You will be methodical in your approach with the ability to demonstrate good attention to detail. A confident and resilient personality, with a strong work ethic is essential for success in this role.

Leading company within the FMCG sector.

Previous credit control experience is essential, ideally from within an SME company. Good all round PC skills, particularly MS Excel.
