Exciting opportunity to join a leading recruiter who offer good career opportunities as a resourcer.  You will be responsible for advertising your vacancies in your search for candidates.  The role involves responsibility for sourcing candidates from a variety of sources including in-house databases, online job searches and referrals and conducting initial telephone interviews to determine suitability.  Other duties include arranging interviews, co-ordinating feedback and managing the offer and rejection process.

Of a competitive and self-motivated nature. You will be required to work longer working hours to fit with the needs of the business and requirements of the role, but for which hard work is rewarded with full training and excellent commission structure.
A leading recruitment consultancy working in the technical arena.
A good listener, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and good administration capabilities with skills in MS Office.
