• Working for a well established, global organisation in Windsor • Our client requires a candidate with strong administration skills to provide support to the team manager. • You will be responsible for supporting the training programme, which includes maintaining training records for the engineers and supporting training functions such as meetings, hospitality bookings, accommodation and travel arrangements. • Alongside the training support you will be keeping track of engineering jobs and project reports to ensure timely delivery to clients and handling telephone enquiries. • Candidates must have intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook, knowledge of MS Access is desirable.
