• Working for a well established, global organisation in Windsor
• Our client requires a candidate with strong administration skills to provide support to the team manager.
• You will be responsible for supporting the training programme, which includes maintaining training records for the engineers and supporting training functions such as meetings, hospitality bookings, accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Alongside the training support you will be keeping track of engineering jobs and project reports to ensure timely delivery to clients and handling telephone enquiries.
• Candidates must have intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook, knowledge of MS Access is desirable.

You should be a team player with previous admin experience, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
A well respected organisation in Windsor in a challenging and varied support role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, knowledge of MS Access is desirable. You will also need excellent organisational skills and a professional telephone manner.
