Our client is currently looking for an experienced candidate to join their newly created Inventory (Management) division, providing an exciting opportunity for someone to get involved at the early stages and help develop a new business area.  You would be responsible for managing the Inventory function by providing support and advice to the team of Inventory Clerks and Area Managers.  This will include liaising extensively with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, resolving problems and providing advice on the legal aspects of inventory.

You will have a comprehensive background in providing Inventory services combined ideally with a background in a Lettings Agency (though this is not essential). This is a new division and so the potential for growth is huge and therefore this role will suit someone with drive and ambition. As this is a stand-alone, you will be confident making sound business decisions and using your judgement and initiative to solve problems, resolve queries and manage the whole process efficiently and effectively.
They are a leaving provider of services to the UK property market, including HIPs, energy certificates, floor-plans, photography and more recently Inventory Reporting.
