Bucks and Berks is fully accredited for Rec Audited Status and ISO9001:2008

Bucks and Berks were one of the first agencies in the UK to achieve REC Audited status, which represents the 'Gold Standard' of REC membership.  As an REC member, we are committed to the Code of Good recruitment Practice and by achieving REC Audited status we prove that we live up to it.  We complied with 125 different quality checks and our independent assessor commented "I rarely see such dedication to quality management and Bucks and Berks is a real melting pot of enthusiasm and dedication to getting it right."

In 2004 Bucks and Berks achieved ISO 9001:2000, the internationally recognised quality standard and all our five branches have full accreditation.  BSI, the largest and most respected management systems registrar in the world, act as our assessors. 

In March 2009, we were awarded ISO 9001: 2008, and were one of the first agencies in the Thames Valley to receive the new accreditation.
