Bucks and Berks has recently upgraded its range of candidate tests, offering fast, effective skills testing on virtually all of today's top office software.

All Major Software Products
Using state-of-the-art software simulations, candidates answer questions by performing tasks in any of the major software products:

  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Outlook
  • Access


Office & Clerical Skills
We are able to offer a much wider variety of office and clerical skills as well as a wide range of aptitude and suitability tests:

  • Business English, assessing spelling, grammar and vocabulary skills
  • Business Mathematics, assessing mathematical skills
  • Filing, checking and coding skills
  • Typing and Data Entry Skills
  • Secretarial, telephone, and office management skills
  • Speed and accuracy in audio transcription and audio data entry are crucial in many office situations, and we can also provide the latest Audio testing for typing and data entry 
     

Call Centre Tests
Hiring and retaining personnel with the right skills is the key to success in a modern call centre. To support this, our Marlow branch now has specific Call Centre tests, (using audio testing) covering:

  • Customer service skills using real-world simulations of a customer service representative contacting and interacting with clients.
  • Sales skills using the same real life simulation approach to simulate a call centre sales representative interacting with potential clients. 
     

IT Specific Tests
We have also added an extensive selection of IT specific tests, which include:

  • Computer Literacy, (involving questions about Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, Applications, Networks and Problem solving)
