After Sales Support Executive

Our client is a world leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of a range of well-known brands.

They're looking to recruit an After Sales Support Executive to provide telephone and email support to customers including retailers, dealers, service agents and end-users.

Main Responsibilities

Provide telephone and email support to customers to include retailers, dealers, service agents and end-users

Authorise collections and arranging of necessary repairs under warranty

Manage liaison between service centres on customer product progress and resolve customer issues in line with customer expectations

Liaise with Service Agents with regard to the warranty claims process and assist to keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims

Support with the development and maintenance of the creation of diagnostic process flows, FAQ's and How to Guides

Assist the business to meet its statutory after-sales obligations and customer T&C's to deliver appropriate levels of customer service

Ensure the warranty policy is administered in the best interests of the manufacturer and the customer

Create/Prepare timely reports, as required for the effective functioning of the team

Assist the business to be cost-effective and seek out opportunities to drive efficiency within the warranty process to improve customer satisfaction

Maintain relationships with warranty service agents, dealers and the wider business stakeholder

Skills/ Experience Required

Good knowledge of After Sales Support within a Call Centre and After Sales Support environment

Relevant After Sales Support experience in a relative industry

Experience of working with petrol/electrical products preferred

Ability to understand product specifications, technical information and drawings

Knowledge of statutory requirements (Sales of Goods Act, Product Safety etc) would be advantageous

Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Self-starter, who can multi task in a demanding environment and have the ability to work under pressure

Proactive approach to providing a professional and prompt after sales and technical support experience to our dealers and product users

Strong interpersonal skills
