A fabulous opportunity for an Artwork Project Manager to become part of a specialist team within a global organisation in the local area of Maidenhead. Responsible for managing and supporting the implementation and execution of projects for the packaging and artwork of consumer and pharmaceutical goods. This role involves project administration and coordination so candidates with this experience would be highly regarded.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all packaging materials are accurate and compliant in accordance to regulations, compliance and guidelines.
  • Effectively manage product change process ensuring amendments and changes occur within regulation and legal constraints.
  • Oversee artwork development from pre-production to publication, managing the process to ensure final artwork is delivered on time, meeting the brief and in line with regulations.
  • Liaise with all involved in the projects (supply chain, compliance and regulatory) as well as external artwork houses, distributors and production teams to ensure all packaging requirements are fulfilled.
  • Advise on any technical and business constraints for new and existing products from design to production.
  • Create artwork briefs and timelines for all involved within the projects in order to provide clear and precise guidelines.
  • Remain up to date on current issues, guidelines and topics staying current and informed on developments that may directly or indirectly effect packaging operations.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role within a FMCG or pharmaceutical company.
  • Education to degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven packaging, artwork and labelling experience within a FMCG company.
  • Project support/management experience hugely beneficial.
  • Purchasing and logistic experience an advantage.
