Our client, a global leader in delivering integrated software solutions to medium and large companies, is looking to recruit a telemarketing executive to join their lively telemarketing team. The role will be office based at the UK Headquarters in High Wycombe, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Our client's Telemarketing Team focus on a number of different target markets including: Aerospace & Defence; Public Sector; Industrial Manufacturing; Construction, Engineering & Infrastructure; Energy & Utilities; Oil and Gas; Process Industries (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Paints).

This is NOT a sales role at all - instead, our client is looking for someone bright, motivated and resilient who can develop long lasting business relationships with their target clients.

They are happy to consider full and part time candidates (minimum 25 hours p/w).

Duties include

● Lead generation through proactive research and prequalification via telephone
● Following up on leads which are passed to the team via various means
● Close liaison with the sales and marketing team
● Following up on email campaigns
● Obtaining information about each company in the CRM database, its business type, peoples roles within the organisation, and most importantly their buying intentions and business requirements

The ideal candidate will also have the following skills

● Previous experience in B2B Telemarketing/Telesales ideally
● Business acumen and a good understanding of business processes
● Professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
● Good attention to detail and an investigative nature
● High levels of energy, drive and the ability to motivate themselves
● Confidence and lots of common sense
● Results orientated, ability to work to targets
● Outgoing, confident and self-motivated they must be able to converse easily with people at all levels within an organisation over the telephone. From C-Level executives to Operations level employees
