Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, our client is looking for someone to join the business and help plan, develop and direct the Marketing efforts for the brand and products, exclusively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing plans and executing presentations, which support the short and long-term marketing strategy
  • Collaborate and educate the sales team to ensure the brand remains relevant to customers and that they are then qualified to further demonstrate the lines of product independently
  • Analyse and track consumer trends and information to help identify product categories to introduce as future sources of growth therefore, enhancing the brands equity and marketplace performance
  • The Brand Manager drives consumer understanding that defines the brands needs, attitudes and values in order for consumers to have stronger and more impactful brand experience
  • Execute new product launches and report on success rates
  • Analyse market, consumer, and competitive information
  • Analyse and provide consumer, category and brand information to support targeted marketing's and sales in category management and sales presentations
  • Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors
  • Prepare all presentation objectives and schedules for all phases of presentations including but not limited to sales materials, samples, presentation stands, linen and all other essential items
  • Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary with the brand team
  • Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans for the brand including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches

Key skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken forms
  • Ability to present and speak in front of an audience
  • Requires good communications skills, as must treat each customer with courtesy and respect at all times
  • Must be able to remain polite and professional at all times regardless of conditions
