Fantastic temp - perm opportunity to join a reputable and well established company based close to Maidenhead. The role will commence at the beginning of September and we are seeking candidates with strong administration skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorising and checking expense claims on the CRM system
  • Maintaining and updating CRM database
  • Diary and travel management
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Confirming attendances
  • Preparation of meeting materials
  • Providing support for training events
  • Any other admin tasks where required

Key Skills:

  • Educated to A-Level standard
  • Ability to work to strict time frames and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and following procedures
  • Commercial awareness
  • Pharmaceutical background ideally but not essential
