Customer Service Advisors - to start 21st August 2017!

Our client, a well-known financial services organisation, is looking to recruit multiple customer service positions within their collections department. To start on 21st August 2017!!

This growth is due to winning new contracts and increased business, therefore this is a great opportunity to join a successful and thriving company.

The purpose of these roles will be to communicate and negotiate with customers who have fallen into arrears with their mortgage payments and try to resolve the situation as effectively and efficiently as possible.

For this role, you'll need to be customer focused, a strong communicator and be empathetic to the customer. All roles will be telephone based.

Please note that full training will be provided for these positions.

(PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING ONSITE BUT THE COMPANY PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE BUS MORNING, LUNCHTIME AND AFTERNOON TO AND FROM MAIDENHEAD TRAIN STATION).

Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of calls and maintaining a rapid response rate
  • Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
  • Taking ownership and accountability when making business and customer orientated decisions
  • Balancing customer requirements with departmental objectives
  • Carry out post, email and auto dialler duties
  • Taking ownership for updating customer records
  • Carrying out administration duties

Experience:

  • GCSE level or equivalent/ numerical and literacy
  • Experience in all areas of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys resolving customer queries
  • Experience in a regulated customer service environment
