Our client is a growing and highly successful company based in Henley who manufacture and sell luxury items to retailers, and clients/customers.


The role of the Despatch Assistant is to pick and process orders and make sure they are packaged to the highest standard and arrange for them to be couriered and sent to the relevant client within strict timelines.

This role could suit someone from a retail or warehouse background with good written and verbal communication skills.


Duties include

  • Creating and controlling shipments, collections, ensuring that deliveries are sent on time
  • Dispatching other company goods as required.
  • Monitor international shipments and liaise with shipping agents to resolve clearance issues
  • Ensuring that all goods delivered are correct and paperwork completed accordingly
  • Sending daily despatch emails to internal and external customers
  • Stock control of packaging and other relevant materials
  • To ensure dispatch room and other storage areas are kept clean, tidy and stocked at all times
