As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include all areas of HR administration as well as supporting managers and employees with their HR issues.

What the role will entail:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Running recruitment assignments ensuring recruitment procedures are followed
  • Compiling job offers and contracts
  • Liaising with new starters and arranging induction training
  • Develop and follow process for leavers
  • Ensuring organisation changes are approved, confirmation letters produced and signed
  • Helping to choose, implement and develop an HR system
  • Conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings along with other meetings
  • Producing HR reports and statistics
  • Creating and updating HR content on Company intranet and internet sites
  • Responsible for running small HR projects and assisting Head of HR with other HR projects
  • Assist with HR issues and activities

Your experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a HR Admin environment using HR systems
  • Experience of being the first point of contract for employees on multiple HR issues
  • Previous experience of advising managers
  • Supporting managers and staff regarding a variety of HR issues

About You:

  • Team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional attitude and approach
  • Flexible and able to travel to other Company sites within the UK
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Word, Excel PowerPoint skills
  • Either currently studying or a desire to study for CIPD qualification.
