HR Business Partner required for a well-established company in Burnham. The successful candidate will ideally be Level 5 CIPD qualified and from a software background. Salary c£40,000 dependant on experience

Working within a small team, you will be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach, helping to facilitate the development and growth of the business. You will be responsible for the day to day HR function, with duties to include:

  • Acting as Advisor to European management teams and employees, providing advice and guidance
  • Assisting with developing performance, well-being and communication programmes to support development of employees
  • Assisting with developing employer brand internally and externally
  • Act as mentor to Talent Acquisition Manager, influencing the recruitment process and identifying strength and weaknesses within the teams
  • Managing all employee relations issues
  • Advising on quarterly performance coaching reviews
  • Creating and facilitating employee development programmes
  • Working with the HR admin function to ensure ongoing development of employee policies and procedures
  • Working alongside legal team to ensure best practice

Key skills & experience required:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification highly advantageous, though not essential
  • Extensive background in managing a small HR function, preferably from a software background
  • Experience advising management teams on the employee lifecycle
  • Ability to create and facilitate performance improvement programmes
  • Ideally you will have profiling experience
  • Ability to work well autonomously and with a team in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to build effective relationship[s and trust from colleagues, working at all levels with professionalism
