HR Business Partner - maternity cover

HR Business Partner required for an immediate start covering maternity until June 2018. The successful candidate will have previous experience and knowledge within ER issues, TUPE, mentoring and coaching as well as management support.

Salary £30 - £35,000 dependant on experience.

You must be able to start immediately with the ability to complete the entire maternity contract

Key duties to include:

· Support managers with employee relations: performance management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
· Provide advice on terms and conditions
· Support the acquisitions team with TUPE regulations and questions
· Provide advice on policies, processes, procedures (starter, leaver and other employment changes)
· Review and advise on current and future employment law legislation
· Provide advice on salary reviews and bonus payments
· Support on large scale projects, such as site closures/moves
· Advise on reward and recognition
· Provide guidance and support to the HR Assistant

Key skills & attributes:

· Confident advising line managers on employee relations
· Must have previous experience of dealing with TUPE
· Confident working with employees at all levels of the organisation, up to board level
· Ideally have experience of line management
· Strong communicator, both written and verbal
· Keen eye for detail and accuracy
