Our client based near central Maidenhead requires an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their thriving and growing business. This role is more of a Junior Project Manager role as you will eventually have sole responsibility for getting clients projects completed.

Previous customer service and coordination experience is essential as well as excellent verbal and written skills.

Salary dependant on experience.

Key duties to include:

  • Setting up initial enquiries on company CRM
  • Costing, quoting and pricing jobs for clients and managing expectations and any queries that are raised
  • Raising PO requests
  • Setting up and logging all orders
  • Running entire project to completion by liaising with various internal departments
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers and keeping all parties fully up to date on progress

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Excellent telephone manner, must have a bright and personable manner and be able to remain calm under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and CRM systems
  • Must be extremely well organised with the ability multi-task multiple projects at one time
  • A good eye for detail as well as a logical and methodical way of working
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines and be a good problem solver when faced with a challenge
