Our client, a well-established Electrical Distributor based in Wooburn Green, are looking for an Internal Sales person to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for all sales, pricing, technical, order, and shipping enquiries. This role offers excellent career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service in all interactions

Prioritising, preparing, sending and proactively following up on all quotations

Timely and accurate use of the CRM system

Efficiently processing customer orders, payments, returns, credit and advice notes

Progressing customer orders with suppliers and updating delivery times, etc.

Working closely with the Purchasing, Accounts and Warehouse teams

Directing technical support requests to the relevant specialists

Consistently working to the defined company procedures

Key Requirements

A self-motivated team player with a positive and respectful attitude

Office-based customer service experience

Good IT skills including CRM applications

Confident and professional telephone manner

Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload

Accurate with a good attention to detail

Good communication skills at all levels

Highly desirable:

Electrical qualifications / industry experience

Electrical product knowledge
