Payroll and HR Administrator (PartTime)

This is a Part Time Payroll and HR Administrator role and requires someone with experience in Star Computing Payroll Software. Monday - Friday (5 days is essential) 20 - 25 hours per week. £27,000 pro rata.

The purpose of the role is to process monthly payroll, process new employees and leavers through HR Systems, Maintain HR databases and provide support to employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately
  • Check payroll reports and approve payments
  • Ensure Payslips are uploaded on of before payday
  • Ensure pension payments are submitted
  • Complete year end returns for submission to HMRC
  • Produce P60s at the end of the tax year for employees
  • Assist with the preparation of and attend Assessment days for recruitment
  • Undertake the HR new starter process

Key skills:

  • Star Computing Payroll Software essential
  • Experience in processing monthly payroll
  • Experience using HR systems and databases
  • HR administration experience
  • SAP experience would be beneficial but not essential
