Property Manager

As the Property Manager you will be based in the Burnham office covering the Langley portfolio. You will be responsible for fully maintaining a portfolio of between 140 - 180 residential properties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising both tenants and landlords and coordinating contractors to attend to all maintenance issues
  • Ensure all tenants are made fully aware of your contact details and procedures they should follow should there be a maintenance issue
  • Communicate with contractors to arrange and oversee maintenance and refurbishments
  • Ensure Gas Certificates are all fully managed and rent collection properties when occupied have to have a valid gas certificate
  • Call new tenants and landlords within 48 hours of the tenancy commencing to introduce yourself and if new landlord then ensure you are in possessions of all relevant information and documentation relevant to the property
  • Responsible to oversee the check out of your tenant and to put together a schedule of damages and dilapidation's if there is any cleaning or damages
  • Regularly inspect properties
  • Identify any urgent works or regular maintenance that is required
  • Ensure all invoices are paid to contractors in a timely manner and processed correctly

Key skills:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in property management is essential
  • Confident and friendly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management
