Are you a strong Administrator with Procurement and Finance experience?

Are you available immediately for a 12 month FTC?

This role could be for you! Our client is offering a 12 month FTC to start straight away due to an internal move. The company offers excellent benefits including onsite gym, 25 days holiday, bonus, pension and dental and excellent working hours: Monday - Thursday 8.20am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

Salary c£25,000 dependant on experience

Please note: You must be a driver due to the location of the role.

Key duties to include:

  • Coordinating all procurement and purchasing processes onsite
  • Processing purchase orders including generation, account code validation, delivery confirmation & invoice matching
  • Liaising with finance team, particularly accounts payable
  • Document control: maintaining clear and up to date files of all transactions
  • Supporting contract renewals, in line with company policy and maintaining up to date files
  • Generating reports for finance
  • Any other duties as required for the successful running of the department

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have excellent communication skills both with colleagues, customers, end-users & suppliers
  • Good IT skills are essential, use of various databases and It packages will need to be evident
  • Need to be well organised with the ability to follow processes
  • Ability to generate new ideas
  • Able to work to deadlines
