Our client, a growing recruitment consultancy specialising in the medical sector, is looking to recruit two Recruitment Administrators to support their resourcing team.

Great way to get into the recruitment industry!

Standard working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. Based in Gerrards Cross and free shuttle bus from the station to the offices.

The role is varied and busy and duties will include

  • Contacting new prospective candidates to complete application questions over the phone
  • Contacting existing candidates to update availability and discuss requirements
  • Data entry in crm database to keep candidate information updated
  • Calling and emailing candidates to update documents held on HR files

Skills/Experience

  • Clear and confident on the phone
  • Familiar with basic MS Office suite and use of basic web applications
  • Any recruitment admin experience is helpful, but not essential
