Our client is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their busy sales and marketing team to act as the first point of contact for all customer queries about products and services and provide support for sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

Support Sales and Account Management Team

Responding to sales enquiries and allocating as necessary

Checking and processing orders

Creation of quotations to customers

Maintaining customer databases

Issue weekly and monthly Sales Reports to management

Working with marketing for tenders and updating of social media

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales administrator

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with excellent writing abilities

Good organisational and multitasking skills

Fully conversant with Word and Excel
