Our client is looking for a Scheduler/Customer Service Advisor to join their busy department.

They offer an excellent salary of between £20k and £24k dep on experience plus benefits.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask/prioritise and remain calm under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with enquiries via telephone, email and letter
  • Arranging planned maintenance by liaising with customers and engineers
  • Ensure all callouts are completed in accordance with the client KPI and our own SLA
  • Maintain accurate filing system and maintenance of files for all contract related documentation
  • Liaise with subcontractors and internal departments as required
  • Monitor expired/renewed/cancelled contracts
  • Maintain Custodian and central station data
  • To maintain a good working relationship with all personnel within the company

Requirements

  • Proven record of building relationships with customer base
  • Clear, accurate and timely communication skills
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Experience of diary and geographical schedule management preferable
  • Flexible within job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently
