Showroom and Administration Assistant

My client are a high end Kitchen and Interior design store based in Ashford (Surrey) They are looking for an enthusiastic, money motivated individual to work as a Showroom and Administration Assistant.

This will include weekend work - Monday - Saturday with one day off during the week, ideally working every Saturday but there could be some flexibility with this i.e 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month.

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and show them around the showroom and give an excellent first impression
  • Answer questions and explain the sales/design process
  • Take sales leads
  • Organise appointments
  • Keep showroom looking clean and tidy
  • Assist with customer presentations when required
  • Answer phones

Key skills:

  • Sales orientated
  • Organised- Proactive
  • SAGE experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
