Seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a reputable and well established company based in Maidenhead Town Centre on a temporary basis. Competitive hourly rate on offer. The role will be to start ASAP for 3 months. The successful candidate will have 3 - 5 years' experience working in an administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Arranging travel
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Preparation of papers for meetings
  • Tracking projects and providing regular updates
  • Maintaining the database
  • Other ad hoc administration duties where required

Key Skills:

  • Strong administration skills, at least 3 - 5 years working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good time management skills
