This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global organisation with an exciting new project. Our client is seeking an efficient and competent Global Programme Administrator for 6 - 9 months.

Supporting the Global Manager, this role will provide quality administrative support with efficiency and speed.

Duties:
· Diary management
· Setting up calls and webinars globally, across different time zones
· Take minutes
· Coordinate and distribute templates
· Assist the manager with their travel plans
· Maintain database
· Setting up training calls
· Any admin tasks as required
· For the right candidate there will be the opportunity to be involved different projects

Skills:
· Must have experience of working within a global organisation and working with colleagues in different time zones
· Experience of working virtually, and using group calls, video links, and skype
· Experience of working within a project/ programme management environment
· Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Self-starter able to work at a fast pace
· Strong organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise effectively and meet demanding deadlines
· Quick to learn
· Able to use initiative
· Ability to pre-empt requirements, and provide proactive support as well as reactive support
· Ability to influence others to meet deadlines and deliver the quality of information required
· Experience related to retail fit-out and décor would be advantageous
· Calm under pressure and professional at all times
· Flexible attitude and willing to work late when dealing with international phone calls (once every other week)
