This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for a talented Graduate Graphic Designer to join our client, a dynamic and vibrant organisation based in Marlow.
Our client works in conjunction with over 500 fundraising events throughout the year, supplying bespoke experiences, memorabilia and luxury travel which are auctioned at the events. They are an established company with a growing team, who are energetic, friendly and focused, who pride themselves on outstanding customer service.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; in particular InDesign and Photoshop is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, visually engaging auction brochures for fundraising events, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Oversee the full print production process from start to finish, ensuring files are print-ready, liaising with printers when necessary, and meeting all print deadlines.
- Work closely with Account Managers to interpret and deliver on event requirements, providing creative solutions that meet client objectives.
- Liaise with clients to ensure all design work aligns with their brand identity and visual standards.
- Design supporting assets for digital and offline marketing, including social media graphics, email campaign visuals, website imagery, and live event collateral.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail through thorough proofing of all design and print materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with general office duties as needed, including answering phones and supporting wider business operations.
Essential requirements:
- Must have competent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; in particular InDesign and Photoshop (1 year experience required)
- A pro-active can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and manage your time and workload effectively to meet tight deadlines, especially print deadlines
- Knowledge of Asana and Hubspot is beneficial
