Accounts Administrator - Credit Control Experience Required

Our client, a leading technology business is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team. Whilst Credit Control is a key aspect of the role, all-round Accounts knowledge is beneficial. You'll have further opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

* Chasing payments via telephone, email, statement and letter
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Credit checking and monitoring credit limits
* Reconciliation of client accounts
* Identifying potential bad debts
* Assisting with sales ledger (processing sales invoices and payments)
* Assisting with purchase ledger (processing purchase ledger invoices)
* Financial analysis and reporting
* Other Accounts related tasks

Key Requirements

* Credit Control Experience within a busy accounts team
* Able to assist in all areas of accounts
* Self-motivated
* A confident communicator and team player
* A strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
* A good knowledge of Sage accounts software is essential
