Accounts and HR Administrator

Our client, based in Iver are looking for someone to join their team, working as an Administrator. This role will be suitable for someone looking to get into a role, where they can learn, grow and develop but also have gained previous experience where they have good computer skills, can pick things up quickly, use initiative and have excellent accuracy.

Key skills:
- Operation of the company's supplier accounts including handling supplier queries and data entry
- Credit control activities including contacting customers for overdue payments by email and phone
- Budget review support
- General HR administration and coordination, first line telephone queries
- Enter purchase orders including pricing into the systems
- Scan and file supplier invoices
- Credit card reconciliations
- Obtain credit check reports on new customers
- Communication professionally with customers to secure payment for overdue debts
- Maintain and update information in Xero and other internal systems such as payment terms and contact details
- When required contributing to the smooth running of the business
- Writing, updating maintaining company processes
- Support managers with People HR ensuring all staff information is up to date
- Support the payroll provider with accurate and timely data
- Manager performance review administration with all managers

Key skills:
- GCSE (including Maths and English)
- Understanding of spreadsheets, databases or exposure, experience of using account systems (Xero)
- Confident telephone manner
- Good numeracy skills and good attention to detail
