Accounts Assistant

Our client, based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will be IT literate and proficient in Excel and Word and a knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be an advantage.

Duties will include

  • Data entry
  • General filing
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Raising customer invoices


  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ideally they would have at least several years accounts office experience
  • A knowledge of sales and purchase ledger an advantage
  • Proactive, with a positive nature, team player, helpful attitude and a mature approach
