My client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their lovely team in Farnham Royal. You will be part of a fairly large team, and ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Purchase Ledger role.

Key responsibilities:
- Producing Purchase Ledger and Subcontractor Payment Runs
- Matching Delivery notes, Hire sheets and Credit notes to Invoices
- Distributing and Tracking the Process of Invoices on the Accounts system
- Scanning documents onto the shared database including input and retrieval of information
- Dealing with Suppliers reminder letter and telephone queries daily
- Ensuring all queries are logged and updated regularly onto the system

Key skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchase Ledger
- Educated to GCSE grade B in Maths and English or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fast and Accurate processing
