Our client are a well established property development company. They are currently recruting for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance department. Ideally they are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience in an accounts role. You must have strong knowledge of either Purchase Ledger/Sales Ledger or Credit Control. Completion of AAT Level 3 course and looking to further your studies.

Key responsibilities:
- Producing Purchase Ledger and Subcontractor Payment Runs
- Preparing Purchase Ledger Invoices for BACS and Cheque Payment Runs
- Preparing the Subcontractor System for a weekly payment run
- Filing of Purchase Ledger Invoices and Subcontractor Payments
- Processing/Querying Expense Claims
- Statement Reconciliations on Excel
- Processing Utility Accounts
- Archiving & Any Other Ad Hoc Duties

Key skills:
- Confident, strong, outgoing personality
- AAT Level 3 qualified
- Educated GCSE English and Maths Grade B
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fast and Accurate processing
- Team player and good communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts role
