Job Type: Part Time - 25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm

Our client is seeking a friendly, experienced Accounts Clerk/Admin Assistant to join their team and contribute in all aspects of delivering excellent quality and service.

Responsibilities & Duties will include -

  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Sales cash allocation
  • Credit control
  • Customer and supplier paperwork filing
  • Sales and purchase analysis as required
  • Generate and allocate monthly payment run
  • Prepare daily cash floats, record sales and update spreadsheets
  • Banking and change orders
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Reception & General Admin (Shared responsibilities)
  • Process incoming and outgoing emails
  • Customer quotes / consultation follow-ups

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Sage Accounts essential
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
