Admin and Reception Services Coordinator

Fabulous opportunity to join progressive organisation in Bracknell.

3 months temporary then opportunity to go permanent. Candidates must be available for both temporary and permanent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Full reception and facilities cover

  • Admin support to the office including managing office equipment, kitchen supplies, postal services and on site security services

  • Organising company events, managing records and contract management and responding to service requests for office needs (products and services)

  • Follow up PO numbers, obtaining quotes and process requisitions

  • Providing sales admin support to the Accounts Execs and work with internal staff to organise sales conferences held off site.

Skills and experience required

  • Full working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

  • Professional and articulate telephone manner

  • Professional and proactive approach, willing to go the extra mile

  • Previous experience from a business environment preferred
