This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, a successful company based in Hillingdon, who are looking for an enthusiastic admin assistant to join their friendly and busy team. This role would suit someone with previous office experience looking for the next step in their career.

  • £24k
  • 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday; 8am – 4.30pm Friday
  • 25 days’ holiday
  • Office-based in Hillingdon

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
  • Supporting the Office Administrator with any office duties
  • Supporting all office staff with admin tasks
  • Printing documents
  • Putting commercial contracts together, binding documents etc
  • Making teas/ coffees for meetings

Key Requirements

  • Previous office admin experience
  • Well organised and willing to learn
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
