Administration Assistant - Customer Service Department

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has administration and some PA experience, looking for an opportunity where they can eventually progress into a PA support role. As the Administration Assistant you will be supporting the Customer Relations, Customer Services and Internal Specifications team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Record new purchasers
  • Assist with setting up, uploading to database and circulating schedules
  • Notify cleaning contractors and site staff
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Prepare monthly time sheets
  • Set-up new users
  • Minute taking in meetings

Key skills:

  • Administration experience
  • Previous PA/Support experience
  • Customer service backgroun
  • Shorthand ability
  • IT Literate
