Part Time Administration Assistant - 29 hours over 5 days, which can be flexible between 9-5 Mon-Thurs and 9-4:30 Friday

Salary: £16,000.00 - £20,800.00

Job Type: Part Time

Our client, a well-established security software solutions company, are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team at their headquarters. The role will involve processing purchase orders, diary management and proofreading.

This is a permanent and part-time role, working 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing approvals systems for wider team - travel and expenses
  • Managing purchase orders/invoices
  • Liaising with Finance Business Partner
  • Supporting the Chief Digital Officer as required
  • Supporting diary management
  • Reviewing Powerpoint presentations
  • Proof reading articles
  • Overseeing Management to-do lists
  • Co-ordinating recruitment activities

Key Skills:

  • Diary management experience
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • An organised and proactive approach to work
  • Experience in using corporate accounts preferred
