Our client, a vibrant and exciting organisation in Marlow, is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team of 10 on a 6-month full time contract. The focus of this role is to manage all incoming invoices - no previous accounts experience is required.

It would suit someone perhaps on a gap year or available immediately seeking a new position - good attention to detail and strong IT skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Using Microsoft Dynamics to process and match supplier invoices against purchase orders
* Log supplier invoice queries and ensure these are distributed to the correct team member.
* Filing completed invoices

* Good attention to detail
* Able to work on own initiative and within a team
* Eager to take on new tasks
* Good Excel skills
