Administrator - 6 month contract

Our client, a small yet global consultancy, is looking to recruit a bright, conscientious and highly organised Administrator to join their team. Supporting two Senior PA's, the successful candidate will assist with a wide variety of admin tasks.

This is a diverse, challenging and rewarding position and although an initial 6 months maternity cover contract, there is a potential to go permanent.

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator, with a confident personality who can learn quickly and is keen to develop their skills.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 5pm.

Duties include
- Create executive level reports for clients by sourcing, collating and presenting information
- Acting as a central point of contact in the office, communicating clearly with the rest of the team
- Supporting two Senior PA's with a varity of admin tasks
- Reformatting dcuments
- Arranging meetings
- Managing diaries
- Booking travel

Skills/Experience
- Calm, professional, able to work under pressure
- Fantastic IT skills in MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- Previous experience in administration
- Team player
- Proactive
