Administrator - Diary Management experience

Our client, a well-established company based in Maidenhead are looking for a strong administrator to work in the scheduling team on a 12-month contract. In this role you will provide administrative support to the Field Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule field visits for the Engineers and managing their calendars
  • Monitoring submission and checking of weekly time reports & reviewing expenses
  • Making hotel and travel arrangements
  • Handling internal and external telephone calls
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks as requested

Key skills

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Previous experience of Diary Management or booking appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional telephone manner
