Our client, a global manufacturing company based in Taplow, is looking for anAdministrator to join their Service Department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful company and work in a varied and diverse role and develop a long term career.

We are looking for someone driven, hardworking and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Full training will be given. Due to location, a car driver is essential.

Duties include

  • Being first point of contact for a wide range of customers experience breakdowns with their equipment
  • Processing daily job sheets and stock adjustments
  • Producing quotes for customers and chasing for a response/order number
  • Processing card payments
  • Despatching parts
  • Creating new rental contracts
  • Sending invoices to customers
  • Record breakdown calls and pass information through to the relevant Engineers
  • Record all Service/Breakdown visits on the maintenance schedule
  • Ensure the Engineering Calendar is kept updated
  • Keeping the CRM updated at all times

Skills/Experience

  • No office experience required
  • Organised individual who is looking to build a career
  • Keen eye for detail, takes pride in all they do
  • Able to prioritise a busy and often changing workload
  • Empathetic telephone manner with superb customer service skills
  • Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
