Our client is seeking a highly skilled administrator for their Quality Assurance Officer position. A 6-12 month temporary position to cover for maternity leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in the education sector.
  • Managing the quality assurance and compliance of the academic infrastructure.
  • Guiding internal departments with reports and documents associated with validation and accreditation requirements.
  • Managing documents and archives.
  • Undertaking audits and drafting policy, procedure and guidance documents.
  • Compiling annual quality reports.
  • Ensuring the organisation is compliant with the relevant governing bodies.
  • Producing documents for QA related projects.
  • Acting in a secretarial role as required.
  • To start ASAP and will continue on a temporary basis for 6-12 months.
  • Based in central Reading, with no parking but close to public transport links.

Key Skills

  • QA/compliance experience would be ideal but not essential.
  • Accurate with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the education sector would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of quality and adherence standards would be a bonus.
  • Requires a compliant, systematic and logical individual.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including MS Outlook - diary appointments and meeting coordination.
