Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client, a successful company, is seeking a diligent Administrator to join their busy Production Administration team to support all relevant operational administrative tasks.

The company provides excellent benefits to all employees including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurances and private medical insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Sales Order processing team to ensure correct sales allocation of products and part is completed
  • To complete administrative transfer process of completed product stock
  • Working to the production schedule using available raw materials while kitting
  • Booking finished jobs, transferring or allocating stock as and when required
  • Generate serial labels for the units and enter them onto the in-house database
  • Ensure all tasks are completed professionally and operate within recognise Health and Safety guidelines

Key Skills:

  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C
  • Previous experience of working in manufacturing or an office environment is desired
  • Excellent communication skills, on all levels
  • Ability to work in a cohesive, motivated team
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong IT skills in all MS Office packages, particularly Excel. Experience of Google suite would be an advantage
