Our client, a growing financial services company, is looking for a bright, personable and proactive individual to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office experience looking to develop their career with promotion expected within 6 months.

The role entails a mixture of office administration and case management.

Full training is given and once trained the successful candidate will be eligible for bonuses of around £2k - £3k per year.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Duties include
* Answering and the phone to both clients or internal advisers
* Assisting with the day to day overall smooth running of the office
* Liaise with Advisers on an ongoing basis to answer any questions they might have on their cases
* Be the primary point of contact for clients for their application from the point of case progression
* Being the central point of contact for the case and liaise with all external parties to ensure a prompt and efficient progression of cases
* Having full ownership and end to end responsibility for a case from the point of handover from the Adviser, including responsibility for compliance
* Ensuring cases are submitted accurately to lenders
* Responsibility for chasing lenders and solicitors for updates on case progressions and then updating all parties and CRM accordingly
* Responsibility for managing full and accurate both hard and soft copies of all client files to adhere to the company's standards and compliance requirements.

Skills/Experience
* Working efficiently to respond to things as they arise and be able to work under own initiative to prioritise urgent activities
* Attention to detail
* Good IT skills and being able to multi-task and complete tasks quickly but accurately
* Previous office experience
