Administrator - leading house builder!

Our client, one of the UK's leading house builders, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Based in Reading, out of the town centre, our client offers excellent benefits and free parking.

The successful candidate will be confident, flexible and hardworking with strong IT and admin skills. They will also be a good team player and happy to "muck in" when required.

Main duties include

  • Contract Administration
  • Arranging for new Postal Addresses
  • Letter writing
  • Assist with the collation of services quotations inc legal processes
  • Assistance with collating information for construction handover meetings
  • To ensure filing is kept up to date for the Technical team inc archiving
  • Take notes/minutes at scheduled meetings
  • Assist with the monitoring and creation of expenses forms
  • Book meeting rooms when required
  • Assist with the ordering of material samples
  • Shredding/laminating/binding/printing documents when requested

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of working in a secretarial/admin role
  • Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
  • Team player, supportive of colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent computer skills
